1. Shall be responsible for monitoring and evaluation of the project, incubation cohorts, fulfill Projects reporting requirements and ensure timely reporting of the project.
  2. Work closely with the project director and propose suggestions to ensure program deliverables are being met.
  3. Work closely with the Program Director and Program Manager to ensure program compliance.
  4. Monitor Startup KPIs.
  5. Monitoring quality of program.
  6. Get startup feedback.
  7. Stay updated on advancements in monitoring and evaluation methodologies.


  1. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field such as economics, statistics, social sciences, data sciences.
  2. Should have minimum 2 years experience in monitoring and evaluation work. This may include experience with program evaluation, impact assessment, or data analysis.
  3. Familiarity with the specific sector or industry in which the organization operates.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey evaluation findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.
  5. Ability to manage and coordinate monitoring and evaluation activities within a project or program.
  6. Proficiency in using relevant software tools for data analysis and visualization (e.g., Excel, SPSS,Tableau).
  7. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  8. Ability to identify challenges and propose practical solutions.
