Responsibilities:
- Leading Communication and outreach component
- Work Program and management team to align incubation center philosophy
- Work as community Lead to launch outreach campaign, orientation sessions road shows, and organize monthly engagement/networking events
- Work with Startup to develop their profiles and share it with relevant stakeholders for possible partnerships and investments
- Manage creative team on filmmaking, success storyboarding, and digital media marketing
- Support in building the Project brand identity and presence
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven 3 years experience in leading communication and outreach initiatives.
- Proven track record in supporting brand building and executing marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in communication tools like Slack, Microsoft Teams, or equivalent platforms for efficient team collaboration.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms for campaign management.
- Understanding of analytics tools like Google Analytics for performance tracking and reporting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to align communication strategies with the incubation center’s philosophy.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
