Responsibilities:

  1. Leading Communication and outreach component
  2. Work Program and management team to align incubation center philosophy
  3. Work as community Lead to launch outreach campaign, orientation sessions road shows, and organize monthly engagement/networking events
  4. Work with Startup to develop their profiles and share it with relevant stakeholders for possible partnerships and investments
  5. Manage creative team on filmmaking, success storyboarding, and digital media marketing
  6. Support in building the Project brand identity and presence

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven 3 years experience in leading communication and outreach initiatives.
  • Proven track record in supporting brand building and executing marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in communication tools like Slack, Microsoft Teams, or equivalent platforms for efficient team collaboration.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms for campaign management.
  • Understanding of analytics tools like Google Analytics for performance tracking and reporting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to align communication strategies with the incubation center’s philosophy.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
