Women and Youth Digital Skills & E-Commerce Training Program (SEED)
Under the Sustainable Energy and Economic Development (SEED) program with Adam Smith International, Change Mechanics Pvt. Ltd. designed and implemented a hybrid Women and Youth Digital Skills and E-Commerce Training Program across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Punjab, Sindh, and Balochistan.
The initiative trained over 300 participants, including 20+ women micro-entrepreneurs, in high-demand areas such as cloud computing, Flutter app development, Power BI analytics, and e-commerce operations—helping them access new income streams, freelancing projects, and digital business opportunities.
With a strong emphasis on women’s inclusion and microenterprise upscaling, the program opened pathways for women-led micro and small businesses to participate in Pakistan’s growing digital economy. Participants reported increased confidence, employability, and readiness to launch or expand their online ventures.
