  2. Identify and pursue partnership opportunities, collaborations, and business alliances to support the growth of startups in the incubator.
  3. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to startup founders, helping them overcome challenges, make strategic decisions, and navigate the startup ecosystem.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to help startups refine their business models and target markets.
  5. Monitor the progress of startups in achieving their growth goals, track key performance metrics, and provide regular reports to stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  6. Foster a vibrant startup community within the incubator by organizing networking events, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions to facilitate collaboration and learning among startups and mentors.
  7. Coordinate with internal and external resources to provide startups with the necessary support, including access to mentors, industry experts, funding, and other resources.


  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Social Sciences, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in the startup ecosystem in a similar capacity
  • In-depth knowledge of startup ecosystems and growth strategies.
