Responsibilities:
- Designing & managing Incubation and Acceleration programs
- Liaison and on-boarding of the experts/ trainers/ mentors to ensure high-quality coaching and advisory support to entrepreneurs
- Screening and evaluate applicants for program induction, creativity, innovation, acceleration and investment.
- Manage the day- to- day interaction with the Incubatees
- Provide support to entrepreneurs across ideation, acceleration, investment and scale-up stage
- Ensure tight management of milestones and progress of entrepreneurs and start-up
- Develop, execute and own an operational and engagement strategy for the entire community including donors, startups, investors, corporates, mentors, advisors, and domain experts.
- Provide continued strategic guidance to entrepreneurs in areas such as business modeling, sales, and marketing, financing, fundraising, overall strategy, operations
- Be the switchboard for entrepreneurs to access relevant resources and connections
- Coordinates, maintains, and reviews incubators’ facility needs to ensure the incubator is meeting current targeted industry needs.
- Contributes to a work environment that encourages knowledge of, respect for, and development of skills.
- Remains competent and current through developing professional contacts with industries, businessmen, attending professional events, and participation at high level meetings and consultative sessions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Entrepreneurship, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in startup incubation/acceleration.
- Certification in Project Management or a related field is a definite plus, showcasing commitment to best practices in program execution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience in leading and motivating teams.
